1 hour session which includes your assessment, examination, treatment, and the adjustment. Treatments can include electric stimulation, ultrasound, physical therapy, trigger point therapy, and stretching.
30 minute follow up session which will be tailored by Dr. Betty to your body’s needs, which can include trigger point therapy, e-stems, and stretching, as well as the adjustment. For recurring clients only.

Pilates is an innovative and complete mind-body, resistance-based workout using both your own body’s resistance and external resistance in the form of the Pilates equipment, balls, and light weights.

60 minutes of Swedish massage therapy techniques, which consists of rubbing the muscles with long, gliding strokes with the grain of the muscles in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Your therapist may also elect to include circular pressure applies by the hands and palms, firm kneading, percussion-like tapping, and bending and stretching. Lotion or oil is used to reduce friction and stimulate your largest organ: your skin. This relaxing massage will oxygenate your blood, decrease toxins, improve circulation, and increase flexibility, all while easing tension.
