COVID-19 Compliance and Protocols

As healthcare providers, we take the well-being of our patients and staff seriously. We follow thorough COVID-19 protocols in the office to create the safest, healthiest treatment environment possible. Please read through the regulations below. We appreciate your cooperation!

Before You Arrive

  • All patients are asked to upload a copy of their COVID Vaccination Card to the secure patient portal.

  • New patients, or existing patients who are unvaccinated, will complete a COVID Pre-Appointment Screening Questionnaire before arriving for appointments. This form will be sent and completed through the patient portal.

  • Patients with a completed vaccination status on file will be asked to verbally confirm they have not been knowingly exposed to COVID-19 and have not developed new symptoms. A COVID Pre-Screening form is not required.

  • Each patient, regardless of vaccination status, must read through and agree to the COVID Consent Form. This form will be sent and completed through the patient portal.

  • If you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, or you begin to develop symptoms that could be indicative of having contracted COVID-19, please cancel your appointment and secure a negative test result before rescheduling.

  • All sessions are by appointment only; no walk-ins permitted.

  • Please call the office from your car when you arrive to confirm it is safe for you to enter the office.

While In-Office

  • All patients are required to wear a secure face covering over both nose and mouth while in the office, as this is a healthcare setting.

  • Patients will have temperature taken upon arrival and must have a temperature below 100°. We also have hand sanitizer available at the front desk and ask that you sanitize your hands upon arrival.

  • There is a limited number of people allowed in the office at one time to encourage adequate distancing, so we ask that anyone accompanying you to your appointment please wait in the car (parent of a minor is allowed to accompany).

  • Before and after each patient, the treatment room and any tools (i.e. tuning forks, glass cups, etc.) used in the session are thoroughly sanitized. Common use areas are also sanitized throughout the day.

  • The office is equipped with multiple HEPA air purifiers, including the central air system, to ensure maximum filtration.
